Updated Slaves to properly function as upgrades of Citizens, but icons for Slaves are missing for some facteions. Better check on this later on.

unit_graphics.x amended to grey out <EXISTEVENT type="InvisibleAmmo" node="0"/> tags for units whose <AMMO_PER_ATT> parameter =0. Tests by almos_22 suggest that these units were crashing the game, because they were emitting ammo particles that messed with how the game calculated damage to units.
