Added a new "04_species_traits" override that modifies the vanilla traits to have the "initial = no", "modification = no", and "randomized = no" flags added. This prevents them from showing up in the trait selection menu, gene modding menu, and prevents randomized empires from picking them.

Added an override for the pre-made empires, as they did not show up with the above flags added. I simply removed their starting traits. I will add traits from this mod to them at a later point.

These changes have the same effect as having the old trait override, but with none of the bugs and compatibility issues. Nice and clean.

The mod no longer overrides the vanilla traits. It did, in fact, cause issues.

Localization updated to display trait modifiers in trait selection screen. Woo!

Localization updated to indicate if a trait applies to the species or empire, marked with [S] or [E].

Focus: Sensors - Cost increased from 3 to 4.

Focus: Weapon Tracking - Cost reduced from 3 to 2

Focus: Range - Cost reduced from 3 to 2

Focus: Damage - Cost increased from 3 to 4

Focus: Fire Rate - Cost increased from 3 to 4

Fixed Focus: Quantum Armor so that it applies the correct daily armor regen amount (1% per day)

Fixed Focus: Shield Capacitors so that it applies the correct daily shield regen amount (2.5% per day)

To do list:

Adjust trait costs and bonuses. Some of them are inconsistent or imbalanced.

Possibly add a new ascension perk trait line, where you can purchase them for 6 points each, up to 4. I might make this an addon rather than part of the mod itself, as it would primarily be for tradition mods.

Change the names for most of the Focus traits to give them more flavor, i.e. "Focus: Health and Morale" to "Focus: Military Fitness"

Add flavor text to each trait. I might wait to do this until after the official release of the mod.

Add unique icons for each trait. Will likely do this after the official release.

Make a mod thumbnail that doesn't look god awful. Probably going to start on this next. Done!

Quick fix to make Ultimate-tier traits mutually exclusive. I forgot to re-enable it before I uploaded the mod. :V
