The Paladin's self-mark again lasts the entire battle. With Seal of Blood, managing Zeal & mark is just too much work for too little benefit.

More adjustments! Last time for a while (unless something's broken)!

-Divine Storm
Adjusted from -30% to -50%, but the Zeal buff still increases damage to the same numbers.

-Holy Light

Nerfed the rank 3 through 5 heals just a little.

-Seal of Justice: in addition to current effects, gives Hammer of Justice a damage received debuff on enemies. Builds which attack stuns just became much more potent!

-On_Crit Effect: ... it now works. It applies a weaker form of Zeal to the Paladin, and stacks with the buff from Crusader Strike/Judgment.

-Seal of Insight:
It no longer buffs damage on ranged attacks. Instead, it buffs Judgment's crit by 20%. This is intended to give the healing spec access to the crit bonus, adding a bit extra utility.

Huge changes to Seals.

-Sanctuary:

This seal is now the dedicated tanking seal. Slight nerfs to HP and Prot, bringing both down to 30%. Damage done is -60%. It loses the stress heal on friendly targets, but gains the guard effect. It's still possible to guard more than one target. In addition, there is a -50% healing debuff on the trinket.

-Justice

This seal is free for utility. It keeps the reflection. The stun % per hit goes up to 80. It gained a nerfed stress heal (value is 6).

-Wistful Locket

Lost the stress resist.
Now has 35% virtue chance.
Now gives dodge when virtued (15)
Now gives speed when virtued (2)

-Set Bonus

Minor nerf to virtue chance (down to 15)

-Seal of Blood

Now has -50% healing debuff, up from -40%.

-Seal Rarities

Seal of Blood and Command are back to "rare" rarity.

-Camp Skills
Eye for an Eye should only last 4 fights, now.

-Base speed

Now scales 3/3/4/4/5

Edits to the camping abilities with regard to CoM.

Eye for an Eye: Reworked. Now gives 50% damage reflection when marked. Costs 2 camping points.

Vengeance: Removed stress resist. Now costs 3 camping points.

Hope: Now costs 3 camping points.
