* Mexico: Expand faction choices for the fascist route; focus dealing with volunteers to/from Spain
* Greece: Added focuses for Greece and Soviets to split Turkey; to support communism in the Balkans, and censorship for Metaxism path
* Egypt: Added some focuses to the neutrality path, added actual incentive for accepting Italian overlordship, final set of air focuses actually works now

* Added a decision for Germany to effect historical occupation zones in the Balkans
* Now have a decision to revoke existing arms embargoes
* Added a decision for the Allies to recognise Ethiopia when at war with Italy
* In the event of Republican victory in the Spanish Civil War, Italian troops will refuse to vacate the Baleares if Italy used the Support Nationalist Spain focus.

* Add war support to some German focuses so that they don't end up too low during the war
* Northern Epirus state is now rural instead of town

* Added a Bulgarian focus to remove Neuilly-Sur-Seine if they went communist but didn't forcibly repudiate the treaty
* Soviet 'Claim the Straits' focus now gives claims on Constantinople (was missing since the new area got made)
* King Michael's Coup now removes Fascist Influence from Romania

* Support Unit Organisation is now much higher and more bonuses to support company organisation in land doctrines
** This has the effect that you no longer take massive org penalties for making your units better

* France should now properly get her land back from Italy without having to claim it in peace conference

* Decisions for Finland to execute the Continuation War if they gave up territory in the Winter War but are not a puppet
* Fixed an issue where the US decision to transfer control of Iceland never became available

* Soviet AI now wants to take Konigsberg and give Ostpreussen to Polish puppet vice give them to East Germany
* German AI now wants to take Boreman and Hess to benefit from the silent workhorse modifier early on
* Adjusted most AI decision values that could keep them sitting around refusing to take decisions
* Turkey should not send troops anywhere else if it it joins WW2 through the Inonu government path
* Adjusted templates and army size desires so AI Finland builds up to face the Soviets
* AI will now only buy arms if they will actually use it in a template (so every AI nation doesn't buy up 50 artillery pieces it may never use)
* AI Germany will not take the focus to invade Switzerland even if it runs out of other focuses
* AI Bulgaria will not unilaterally pursue it's claim in Greece if it is still neutral
* AI Romania will no longer immediately rejoin Axis after King Michael's Coup
* AI Bulgaria will not send expeditionary forces to other Axis nations

==== Setup ====
* Brazil starts with divided political support instead of 100% neutrality, holds elections, and has starting ideas related to it's focus tree
* Soviets start with one less level of industrial technology
* Sovets have tighter restrictions on economy choices (need further focuses/events to occur instead of going straight to war economy after the Great Purge is over)
* Finland's Sisu idea now gives a significant bonus to conscription so they can field a historically-sized army
* Base trade opinion set to 100 (from 150) so embargoes should actually work now
* Reduced Soviet starting industry by about 10%

Version 1.3 fixes a number of issues with the Armstrade mechanic and technology compatibility. All the issues of not getting the weapons you pay for or phantom sales offers from the AI should now be fixed.

Additonally a new focus tree for Bulgaria and continued tweaks to the behavior of the AI regarding army building and overall strategy to make the AI play better, present a more well-rounded challange, and behave more historically when you have the historical focus on.

Version 1.2 introduces province-based party popularity tracking and manipulation.
Additionally new events related to the French mandate in Syria and Lebanon (along with new tags related to the region). A number of bug fixes, primarily related to function of the Turkey focus tree and AI behavior in south-east Asia. A number of factory rebalances were done as well.

Version 1.1 introduces the arms trading mechancis; sell or buy equipment on the open market or limit it to close allies depending on your needs.

You can't yet sell ships aside from convoys becuase these aren't held in any kind of stockipile; we hope to have this ability in the future. Some QoL changes to the interface still to come but since it is June 6th we felt you were due for access to the new feature.
