* Horse Equipment added; generated from horse resources in states
* Heavy Infantry Equipment added; support weapons tech now increases the level thereof instead of blanket infantry bonuses
* Infantry Equipment and Automatic Weapons split as categories; most infantryman of WWII used weapons delineated by the 1936 rifle models NOT the 39/42 models; 39/42 models are now a separate category and significantly more expensive
* Army Composition section in Land Doctrine; designations for transport (horse,mixed,motorized), heavy weapon use (none, rifle-focused integration, machinegun-focused integration, artillery integration), automatic weapons assignment (divided by infantry types; no automatic weapons, squad leader automatic weapons, all automatic weapons).
* Split out artillery into three types with differing bonuses and abilities

* Fund the USMC focus (USA) gives bonuses for marines 2&3 now instead of 1&2 (they start with 1 already researched).
* USA starts with the "unlock" templates for marines and motorized (since already researched)
* UK focus tree now takes into account Suez as a "disputed territory" for decolonization focus

* Fix some issues with Free France decisions caused by the changes to states in 1.6

This release is relatively light due to the holidays and the amount of back-end work that went into these features which are only extensively useful in multiplayer. Expect version 1.10 to be similar as we work on a lot of back-end to facilitate dynamic peace treaties and the AI's ability to use them before we get back to content like focus trees and events.

* New interface and mechanics for capitulated nations that choose to continue fighting; can invest political and command power in building underground and recruiting partisans

* Decisions for capitulated nations that fight on to recruit expatriates that supply manpower and secure loans to purchase weapons.
