Notable fixes and changes:
- MP compatibility works without MP needing to be enabled/installed
- Network containers dont disappear after saving and loading
- Tib Network readout is back
- Resource Crafter has been rebranded to Atomic Synthesizer, using the products from the Tib Extractor to create resources
- The Atomic Synthesizer has default presets to create certain resources, while still allowing the option for custom recipes
- The Tib power plant (and any future network power plants) now use the same requester feature as the extractor, for dynamic and continuous power production
- Factions items such as the basic resource plates can now be crafted again!
- Added new network structure UI, for various extended functionality
- Radiation grid is more stable after saving and loading (used to occasionally duplicate radiation values)
- Various stability fixes, including save/load related problems

Features:
- New network type! The Chemical Network, containing the centrifuge and atomic synthesizer and a storage container
- New interactive network UI, with dynamic settings windows (for future functionalities)

I probably missed a lot of details and have a few broken things still in the mod!
Please report any issues like softlocks and gamebreaking errors, alongside annoyances as spammy debug messages as I lose track of them occasionally.

- TR is now mostly Multiplayer compatible (research, debug options), if something doesn't work in MP please report so I can add it asap
- The pollution overlay can now be toggled via pollution vents inside of a room with the "Toggle Overlay" button, so its less obstructive

Fixes:
- Meteors will no longer be blocked by trees from finding a landing position
- Faction mechs wont spawn as mechanoids anymore
- Factions mechs and mechanoids are immune to tiberium (for now)
- Some more stability fixes

Fixes:
Many many bug fixes...
- Discoveries are saving correctly
- Jumpsuits can be worn along with protection suit
- Fixed incorrect material costs on faction structures
- Beam fences saving correctly
- Wall light saving correctly
- Repair Drone Platforms spawn with drones available, drones now repair any damaged mechs nearby
- Powerplants take necessary credits automatically

Additions:
- Tiberium Credits view in top left when network controller constructed
- Radiation rework, radiation now can be inspected with the radiation overlay, walls and other obstructions will reduce the radiation effectivity
- Initial mutation around craters is not fixed anymore, craters can now be blocked off by walls to move corruption into another direction
- Tiberium start changed, initally a meteorite will impact on your map, which can be researched safely before it "cracks open" to reveal the tiberium crater
- Research Cranes can be placed on all kinds of tiberium producers now, even crater residue in case the crater is accidentally destroyed
- New radiation sound
- Multiple translation keys adjusted (please tell me if there are some missing translations, ie. texts like "TR_CraterTick"
