v1.5 Update; Rebalancing of added AI bonuses.

Main Changes:

  • Halved the Industry bonus and added a Ships/Improvments Cost Reduction up to 25%, also based on Manpower. Wonders and Behemoths are not affected. This was done in a effort to limit the Dust inflation because of the AI abuse of infinite improvements.
  • Serious difficulty now has the same bonuses than Impossible but with the added bonuses. Both Cost Reduction, Manpower and CP bonuses are weaker than on Impossible.
  • Added new bonuses for the Unfallen (vines spread 5x faster) and Hisshos (+2 Behemoths). Unfallen, Vodyani and Hissho have weaker bonuses on Serious/Impossible.
  • DLC: +4 Behemoths Limit was replaced by a bonus exclusive to the Hissho, hack bonuses from Penumbra are unchanged (+10% hacking speed and +40 bandwidth).

Other Changes:
  • Minor tweaks to other bonuses to make each difficulties more distinct from each others.
  • Moved Stress effect (Pressure?) to Minor Factions Difficulty instead of Game Difficulty.
  • Influence has been lowered back to vanilla levels (+2 Influence per pop max. instead of +3).
  • Fixed anormal Manpower amount given by minor factions (one of the added bonus also affected minor factions).

v1.2 Update; Fixed dust inflation bug and added science buff to AI mostly to help him in late-game.

  • Fix to dust inflation mid-late game for the player (inflation was too high because of one AI buff)
  • Increased vision range on AI systems so they can hopefully defend better
  • Much larger Essence bonus for AI Vodyani to help him expand faster
  • Late-game AI science buff so they don't get too much behind in the arms game

v1.1 Update; New AI buffs and a few tweaks to make them better without being too unfair to the player.

  • +2 CP on player's fleets to compensate for the bigger AI fleets early-game
  • +6 CP on AI fleets instead of +9CP
  • +400% to +200% strategic resource production on AI systems
  • +300% vision range on AI fleets
  • +50% movement points on AI fleets instead of +100%
  • +25% AI research bonus on military techs
  • Larger AI bonus against pirate fleets
