v0.2

Major changes:
- Religious characters with the 'cynical' trait (aka: closet atheists) no longer get the -18 'infidel' opinion modifier against open atheists, and vice versa. They still get the -10 'no religion' penalty, but this change eliminates almost 2/3 of the opinion penalty. It makes dealing with closet atheists in other realms much more doable.
- Characters converting to atheism now get the sympathy trait for their old religion if, and only if, they are kind, trusting or gregarious. Most converts won't get it, and this will make infighting more common.
- Revolutionary atheists no longer get a buff to siege speed.
- Secular Liberation CB now requires both attacker and defender to be king or higher tier. No more dukes declaring an unwinnable secular liberation crusade on a neighboring kingdom, or kings doing it against a single-county count.
- Independent cynical AI rulers will now only convert to atheism if less than 3 independent atheist realms exist. This prevents every kingdom/empire eventually converting automatically once an appropriate ruler is on the throne. It ensures that there are almost always *some* atheist kingdoms, but they don't automatically take over the world. I know this isn't realistic... I'm doing it for now, for the sake of game balance.
- Atheist rulers are now required to use the 'Secular Feudal' government type. This is like regular feudal, except that it lets you hold cities without penalty, but completely prohibits building temples. I may rebalance this in future, as being able to hold cities with no penalty can make you extremely rich.

Tweaks / QOL Improvements:
- Changed Secular Liberation CB/War names from 'Secular Liberation' to 'Secular Liberation of (KINGDOM)'. E.g: Secular Liberation of Germany.
- Atheist 'holy orders' now use COAs based on the mod's standard atheism symbol.

v0.1:
- Atheist characters can now join the hermetic society (assuming they have 10 learning). Requested by Ograe from Reddit.
- Conversion to atheism now automatically gives characters sympathy for their old religion. This makes it more possible to convert a kingdom peacefully. It also gives foreign religious rulers a better chance to launch a crusade that prevents the conversion from sticking.
- Purges have been changed. Now, characters converting to atheism automatically fire any religious character in their court who might be tempted to plot against them, including all council positions and cupbearer/etc minor titles. This is considered a soft purge, for the sake of the realm.
- Hard purges are also possible. Hard purges can only be done by rulers who have no sympathy for any religion. They strip sympathy from all of that ruler's vassals, motivate them harder to convert their provinces, and trigger instant rebellion by zealous religious vassals. If those vassals win, they gain independence. If they lose - they lose ALL their titles. Purging in this way is a quick but brutal way to stabilize a realm that is suffering from serious religious division - but it can easily result in pieces of the realm becoming independent.
