Major adjustment with the payout to only do so for companies where the stock has risen within the last 7 days.
• Updated description to address changes
• Each payout is now created in the transactions menu for each company rather than a single payout total.

Merged Companies Update:
• Merged companies no longer give dividend payments (Suggested by @Firewall, thanks)
• I have also cleaned up the code a little

Balancing update:

• Dividend pay-outs now depend on the company value, the shares owned in a company.
‣ The more shares owned the bigger the pay-out
‣ The higher the company value, the bigger the pay-out.
• Pay-out size can fluctuate 'slightly' independently.
