Removed changes to vanilla CAS aircraft due to bugs disabling their countermeasures, missile alerts, etc.
Added an option for nukes to require a ticket before they will arm. West(Blufor), East(Opfor), and Resistance(Ind) all have their own ticket pool which starts at 0. Scripts are the only way to give tickets.
