Now always opens to the first tab (arms) for consistency with the player inventory.

For some reason, the player inventory always resets to the first tab but the stashes don't. They start on whatever tab was last open (in any inventory) so these sometimes don't match up. For better consistency, the shared stash now behaves like the player inventory in this regard. The private stash will still open to the last-used tab unless that has been modded elsewhere (this mod only affects the shared stash).

Also cleaned up the logic so it always switches tabs properly, and the audio feedback to get rid of the extra sounds when opening and closing the shared stash (the sounds are for the inventory panes opening left and right, so you should still hear a sound for each pane).

Now includes the clipping fix—which prevents the overlays from scrolling outside the pane—without depending on a separate mod.
