PS: re-downloaded this game again after 10 years ( New PC ) and all mods still here ;)

I had to reinstall the Game with this mod ( New PC ) and now all my Items are gone

I believe you can just copy your existing characters over from the save folder to the modsave folder, and then just always use the modded version going forward.

I meant how to make it possible my unmodded characters to work with this mod. I want all my unmodded characters to have 1600slot shared stash

Yep. When you start up, you have the option to "Play Torchlight" or "Play Torchlight with mods". There's a different save folder for each, so characters you play using mods are kept separate. You can go back and play your unmodded characters any time.

is there a way to continue playing on my character after installing mod? because it seems like game doesn't allow to continue playing with my unmodded characters. So i need to create new character to play with this mod. Help

Never heard of that happening, ever, unless someone started without the mod. Original is sharedstash_v2.bin; backup is sharedstash_v2.restore. If both files are overwritten check your computer's backup. Good luck!

Moved from Zeryphesh to Imperial Camp and lost all my items. Went back to Zeryphesh--still gone. Haven't changed computers or logged into non-mod game between either. Any ideas?

Did you expect the mod to work without being installed? That's a bit of stretch. To use this mod with multiplayer, either make sure the other players have it too or use NullMod.

Cierto que te dan 1600 casillas pero que pasa cuando quieres jugar con otros mods y un nuevo personaje? pues que resulta que todo tu inventario se va a tomar por culo asi que va a dar igual si creastes otro personaje, da por seguro que tus items se ira a la mierd..... Felicidades al creador ahora veo que este mod es un perdida de tiempo ya que ni siquiera puedo jugarlo en multijugador

I was wondering, if with your mod do you have an organize button, something to keep the stuff in order of what they are? its getting hectic to keep track of my stuff in my boxes with synergies, and if this mod does that, then ill definitely pick this up!

I love your mods (like bugfix, dark/red/yellow colors, 1600-stash) without the savegame-binding. Your mods work and do what we expect + your descriptions are nice. Good job!

Just a question: Till today I was using BAGMOD (without the crappy binding too). I love the fast-access-buttons on the left (stash and shared stash are accessible from everywhere). And he added more pages to player inv, pet inv and normal stash too.

At the moment I have 1600-stash (first) and BAGMOD (below 1600-stash) running at the same time for testing.. so I have your shared stash, the fast-access-buttons and the 5 pages at the player inventory. xD

But I'm not sure if this will work without probs. ^^

Use the manual download link if you don't have the Steam version of Torchlight 2. Otherwise, simply subscribing should make the mod appear in your list when using the modlauncher.

As with all mods, each player needs to be running the same mods (or using the nullmod [clockworkcore.org] workaround) to play together. This mod doesn't affect the other players in any way, so it is safe to use with nullmod.

The beauty of a shared stash mod is that it doesn't bind to your characters. If you were looking for a larger personal stash or more of everything those mods already exist. (Be sure to keep the 1600-slot shared stash before them on the list if you combine inventory mods.)

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I couldn't even remove the bad link, but I've re-uploaded it so at least one of the links there works and let the admins know.

There are other stash mods that might do what you want. Keep the 1600-slot shared stash first and you can use both. If you really would prefer a scrolly personal stash I could probably put one together.

Also can you make a similar mod for the normal stash? maybe less then 200 rows but 20-30.

If you have the Steam version, just hit Subscribe and the mod should appear when you run Torchlight 2 and click the second button (Play Torchlight 2 with mods). Then just check any mods you want to use and hit the launch button to play. If you're using multiple mods, you may need to adjust the order for everything to work properly (e.g. this mod should be placed above any other mods that affect the shared stash such as Synergies).

They don't share any of the same files. With just those two mods loaded, both appear to work fine in either order. I would back up your modsave folder and test with just those two mods active, then add the others back one at a time to determine which one is incompatible.

Just few questions though. Would it be at all possible to make this mod compatible with Xev's pets mod? Or vice versa? If they share the same files does that pretty much make it impossible?

Whenever I load it.. either before or after this one, I can't access the pet vendor and all other vendors are empty with 3 pet sale tabs showing.

Maybe there's something I've missed.. but I just can't work it out..

First, I don't believe the shared stash has ever had a sort. There may be some technical issues there. Second, do you really want it auto-sorting over a thousand items? When it eventually finishes, you're probably never going to quite be satisfied with the result. It may not be impossible, but I'm afraid it's outside the scope of this mod.

Quick question, would it be possible to implement a "sort" bouton with a few choices (eg: name, type, level) ?

Very nice for us looters and hoarders of artifacts/treasures.DOes what it says,and more importantly "THERE WAS NO INVENTORY ITEM LOSS" people.!!!! So if that had you hesitating to try it,it's fine. The mod worked for me. Good mod. Rated: 9/10 For nothing is perfect!!!!

Well now I feel more computer ignorant than normal. You are a genius. I finally figured out what you had done. I had stored extra fish and potions in my shared stash and I was not looking for it in the correct spaces. You have its own spot for it just like it used to be giving us more space. This did not save my items. Not sure why, does it have to be in a certain order in my mod list? I am a novice when it comes to stuff like this so if you have in suggestions please remember I won't understand your slang I might not understand it even if you explain it to me in simple terms lol. I would be thankful for any suggestions though.

Yep! It should be compatible with all other mods that don't specifically address the shared stash. See the change notes for the files modified; as long as the other mod doesn't include those files, you're fine.
