- AI tech upgrade mechanics modified to keep approximate pace with the player

-Stormtroopers buffed, take cover ability restored
-Higher tier Corellian vessels nerfed
-Goliath carrier nerfed
-Lower tier Imperial capital ships buffed
-Black Sun and Rebel fighter spam addressed
-Rate of early game conquest for Black Sun should be slower
-AI aggressiveness toned down
