Fixed russian version. Didn't realize, that the font didn't work for cyrillic, the font I found here http://www.diablozone.net/files/20 seems to be the best thing there is in regards to a free font. The original exocet-fonts would have to be licensed. Additionally, I had all translation-font-definitions reference the font in the default-ui-folder. Now they point to the correct font in their respective path instead.

Added compatibility with the french translation mod "Transmod 2". This mod has to be ABOVE Transmod in order for it to work properly.
