@GankedByWife I have used software nammed FontLab 7. When installed the software, launch it, press Ctrl+O and point out destination to your font file. Then you will see a a table with all letters on which font file contain. Pick the letter you want to edit by double clicking on it and then you will be able to modify the letter. It's hard to explain how to edit each letter, FontLab 7 it's like photoshop but for fonts. It takes a time to practice and edit letters. But once you get the skill it will be easier. Make sure you are not forget to save changes and make a backup file of font before editing! You can also watch videos on youtube about FontLab 7 so you can learn faster: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=fontLab+7

DaoMinhDuc 20 Feb, 2019 @ 10:39am
Could you kindly guide me to change all the fonts by myself? :)
Jexon 16 Apr, 2017 @ 6:50am
@availableusername I made my Diablo II font mod based on your mod. The difference is I changed russian font from Diablo Heavy but slightly changed 2 letters on it: english T and russian М. I didn't liked how it looked. Do you mind if I share on workshop or its agains EULA...? It would be great if you help me to find out more about it.

Can you please tell me which other mod you are using that changes the colors of the item border in your inventory? I love this style. :)
Demarki 13 Apr, 2017 @ 1:39am
@Just wanted to say that I LOVE this mod, i couldn't stand the original TL2 font.

chat-cloud (near character's head, when he speaks) is invisible, when you uses non-english symbols
Olvenmage 12 Apr, 2015 @ 12:09pm
Can you do the chat one too? I would love that.. :D

Wonderful work. This completes the motif that I wanted with this game. Thanks a lot!
LukavSlambert 7 Dec, 2013 @ 11:47am
It works now. That was fast response :) Thank You!

@Alnair
I could, please test the newest version. It was a combination of two problems. The first being, that the avquest-font didn't support cyrillic characters and the second, that even after I replaced the font the font-definitions of the translations pointed to the original font rather than the replaced file in their respective paths. It works for me now.

@Marskij25
I didn't host this mod anywhere else. You could try this old version I uploaded on another site before guts even existed, but it doesn't come with the support for other languages.

Maybe it's still useful to you

Great mod. Thank you. But it doesn't work with russian version of the game (all fonts disappear in game) Can you fix this?

Meh

@AdApt
This mod never did anything to loot borders, It just replaces some fonts. If you're missing this functionality, I would look at your other installed mods instead, maybe one of those got changed recently. This one hasn't had an update for a long time anyway.
AdApt* 25 Jul, 2013 @ 8:52am
Works but what about the borderless loot your old version had?
Dani 7 Jul, 2013 @ 8:24am
no funciona :(
Magic~Paladin 20 May, 2013 @ 6:30am
After two re-installations... Problem fixed :)
Thank you very much.
Very good mod and very good work.

@Magic~Paladin
It didn't work because there usually isn't a french translation folder in the game, thus nothing for me to overwrite. I looked at the structure of Transmod and made the necessary changes. Works now. :)
Magic~Paladin 19 May, 2013 @ 1:23pm
Excellent mod.
Just a problem: it's not compatible with the mod "Transmod" (french or other).

Subbed,
ShadowedDreamer 13 Apr, 2013 @ 8:53am
Awesome :D If you want, i can add you to my friends list to add you onto the contributors list? (Thats how steam has it down for doing that process :T)
availableusername  [author] 13 Apr, 2013 @ 8:49am
@ShadowedDreamer
Of course, the font is free for non-commercial use anyway
ShadowedDreamer 13 Apr, 2013 @ 8:25am
i was wondering if i could use this mod in a compilation mod? the comp mod will be relased onto the workshop for public use.
availableusername  [author] 12 Apr, 2013 @ 2:05pm
@hurpes
Yes, but that mod uses another font, which not everybody liked and also doesn't cover all the text, so I was asked to re-upload mine.
DAOWAce 12 Apr, 2013 @ 9:47am
Aye, thanks for the update; now it's complete!

Though, ironically enough, I find the Diablo chat font easier to read than the vanilla font! Could be because I've enjoyed the Diablo series since its release, but hey. Think I might merge the two files for myself, unless you want to release the modified chat version here as well.

Regardless, now to hope the Dark UI author comes back..

@ t-oastbro-t
Thanks for the update and the info, great work. When it comes to D3 UI, I thought someone in the comments may have some ideas, because there is much ambiguity about the original author of that specific hud.
availableusername  [author] 12 Apr, 2013 @ 7:28am
Okay, changed it. The mod now replaces the damage-numbers as well. If you want to use it in combination with other font-modifying mods, make sure that those are above this one in the mod-priority-list, otherwise it will override the changes.
availableusername  [author] 12 Apr, 2013 @ 7:16am
@Lazarus
No, the damage-numbers are indeed untouched, because I used the prettyDamage-mod anyway. But I could try changing it as well, anyone wanting to use another damage font could probably achieve this by specifying the starting order accordingly.
As for the d3-ui mod: That isn't mine, so I can't/shouldn't upload it here, I suggest you ask the original author. :)
Laz 12 Apr, 2013 @ 7:13am
As DAOWAce already stated, excellent mod - I think the damage numbers are in fact changed using this mod (not 100% sure though).

Any chance of uploading the Diablo 3 UI mod to the Workshop? I can't seem to find any stable post-GUTS version.
DAOWAce 12 Apr, 2013 @ 7:04am
Thank you. <3

If anyone is wondering what the difference is between this and the other Diablo font mod: This is actually the true Diablo-esque font. It's a lot more easier to read, fits in the UI better and doesn't blur for some reason when the UI is scaled.

It also affects all text (aside from the chat and I think damage numbers), whereas the other mod left a few instances untouched.
