Cosmetic Upgrades to the tech icons of both technologies. They now glow slightly more, to hide some of the garish black background.

Cosmetic Upgrade to both technologies. They now have a description similar to the other techs in game that unlock ship components. eg. "Unlocks Component: Frame Shift Drive" instead of "Frame Shift Drive".

[There may be a cosmetic upgrade coming to the tech icons too, but we'll see about that.]
