Fixed issue due to no Player character, WHOOPS!;

Fixed the issues regarding IFA3 FOW compat and IFA3 recoil; Removed German voices config dependancy; Also deleted the PAK40, which gives an error at the start of the mission. It was simply not needed and was placed in a really weird fashion;
