It's been a while.

- Fixed an issue where blocks wouldn't regenerate. Now Convoy fleets have been granted permission to resume repairs en-route. Non-Convoy parts are still strictly prohibited.

- Fixed an issue where stations wouldn't spawn. R&D finally found a way to disable those cloaking generators they've been working on for a while.

- Fixed an issue where fighters would drop resources and not despawn properly.
