- Updated the mission to function correctly with the latest version of OPTRE
- Updated the server.sqf script code to use an updated method of validating all players are loaded into the mission before it starts
- Updated the "Neutralize Anti-Air" objective picture to reflect the changes to the AA turrets
- Added the new versions of the Stallion trucks since the old ones were deleted with the latest OPTRE update
- Replaced all anti-air turrets to their OPTRE anti-air turret counterparts (M71 Scythe and M95 Lance)
- Small miscellaneous fixes and improvements

- Modified more mission objects to have dynamic simulation enabled to improve mission performance
- Modified briefing text to reflect changes to mission
- Modified Phoenix Team's default loadouts slightly
- Changed Arsenal boxes to be default Arma supply boxes
- Phoenix Team can now carry 30% more gear (increased from 15%)
- A few other miscellaneous fixes

- Fixed player rating decreasing when destroying the anti-air emplacements, which caused friendlies to turn on them
- Added my updated functions library
- Added back the orbital guns on top of the bunkers
- Changed subtitles to use my subtitle functions
- Reduced AIS stabilize time to 10 seconds
- Reduced AIS revive time to 20 seconds
- Reduced fleet response time to about 5 minutes
- Moved code that fixes drop pod landing problems to its own script
