4k of delta-V, 8,5k funds, needs only the very first 2 techs (10 tech points):
1.- Activate SAS, set full throttle (Z) and launch (space), activate second stage (space) when initial stage is depleted.
2.- At 30km cut the thrust.
3.- After 60km set the ship horizontal and facing east. 3km (or 30 seconds) before the highest point, engage thrust again.
4.- Be careful! Cut thrust just after the lowest point of the orbit goes above 70km, you have no fuel to spare!
5.- After you have done whatever you want to do in orbit, face east (retrograde) at the highest point of the orbit and use the remaining thrust to deorbit (your minimum point has to be below 70km). Detach the pilot capsule (space). You may need several cycles to completely deorbit. When capsule is below 10km and the parachute icon is white, activate it (space).
6.- Try better ways to go orbit! Don't go straight up: tilt carefully 10º to the east the rocket after the launch, face prograde all the time when doing the orbital thrust, etc.
7.- Improve the ship! use the cheaper and bigger fueld tanks, use bigger solid boosters, separate into 3 boost stages with another engine...​
