Added challenge room blessing chance, changed chance for chests to be turned to black chests down to 10% from 17%, allowed red chests to become black chests aswell, added chance for black chests to spawn in cursed rooms

Changed blessing names, changed the wind formula for windy to feel more natural, made ghost less break-prone and less strong.
