Finally fixed the longstanding issue of Empire Divided's roman pretenders missing all their units.

I realised I had assigned the units to "3c_rome_pretenders" instead of their actual internal name "3c_romAN_pretender"

ED's Rome is designated as "3c_rome" so I clearly just copy+pasted "_pretenders" to the end of everything without actually checking the original name first.

Attempted fix for pink Desert Kingdom factions.
Attempted fix for no Roman pretenders faction.

Added Rise of the Republic factions.

Known Issues:
Empire Divided's Roman Pretenders faction currently has no units, I can't seem to add any units to their roster without the game crashing on startup.
