Small Hotfix and balance changes:

- Actually removed the War Weariness system this time (I think)
- Reduced AI recruitment points by 1 on most difficulty levels
- Lowered a couple baseline income modifier effects, but better scaled the GDP multiplier effects, preventing the player from reaching high levels of income, without having to focus too heavily on economic stimulus
- Reduced a couple economic cost reduction and modifier buffs by 5% - 10% for the AI, depending on difficulty
- Increased AI main settlement cost reduction by 2.5% - 5%, depending on difficulty
- Cleaned up and uploaded the most recent Realism version, along with some other submods, to the manual download archive located on the discord

1.6 Patch Notes:

- Enabled Faction Unique UI assets, with over 15 different configurations available depending on the faction played
- Added in a whole new addition of custom UI assets that will provide superior quality even at 4K
- Further optimized assets, models, and textures to ensure a healthy balance between quality and loading impact. Loading times should be almost identical to standard DEI now
- New battlefield models and assets
- Further readjustment and tweaks to deployables
- Fixed and improved a portion barbarian character models from vanilla that had rather lacking aspects and clipping issues
- Adjusted battlefield weather and occurrences slightly to be more realistic and enhance gameplay aspect
- Implemented new campaign tree models that were utilized by CA during the pre-release phase of R2 and E3, but were axed during the first round of Graphic cuts for the sake of "optimization". No FPS impact from tests
- Added in another round of research tech icons. Besides one or 2 modules (one being reforms), should be just about fleshed out.
- Decreased the following AI buff categories: GDP, Unit Upkeep, Merc costs, Levy costs and upkeep slightly, Research and agent costs, building costs, and hidden income
- Very slightly adjusted player modifier values to be balanced with the AI adjustments
- Decreased thresholds for all three tiers of diplomacy gifts. Low: 5,000 Med: 10,000 Large: 20,000. The higher relationship values from gifting in Realism are still the same
- Added further research costs to more research techs (wasnt visible before in standard DEI) while roughly increasing the cost-per-round for the pre-existing edits by 250 NOTE: Hover over the research techs to view
- Revised and nerfed Major faction Autoresolve bonuses script
- Revised and nerfed AI buffs/bonuses script (This has been happening for sometime now, however, I thought I'd add it in going forward)
- Nerfed penalties from Food Deficit
- Slightly lowered PO conquest penalty
- Completely redid special capital, major settlement capitals, and minor town costs, build times, and the differences between barbarian versions as well as the individual subchains (fort vs trade for example) NOTE: This has only be done for Hellenic and Roman cultures, and some of effects will be balanced out with the new buildings coming shortly)
- First round of garrison adjustments and overall nerfs included for minor settlements
- Slightly lowered costs for political actions and intrigues
- New custom Main menu background
- Lowered initial starting treasury money
