Puddles,Rain drops and screen splash effect will only kick in if rain reaches 30% strength. Added a longer delay between Lightning/Thunder effects.

Players now need to be alteast 1m from fire and 0.9 Meters from Buildings to warm up if not wearing warm clothing, If rain reaches strength of 40% during daytime it will be considered cold weather, Increased the time between weather changes from 30min to 1Hour,

Fixed a Strigoi Anomaly that was not triggering, Updated the Detrimental Weather script with 50+ uniforms cold and warm, fixed a few AI waypoints, added another plane wreck to find. More changes coming soon.

Fixed the Temple Ruin task and the Militia Camp task as they were not triggering when complete. Random Animal Spawn script might be added in the near future so players hunt for food. Detrimental Weather script is still a WIP.

Changed the AI activation distance to 720meters, Made changes to thunderbolt script so puddles and rain splash effect on ground wont start until rain reaches 20%, Added a few more intel items for players to find, increased the safe zone around task locations to prevent Raiders from triggering tasks. Removed the solo renagades from the scenario for now as there is already two hostile factions + blufor surviors roaming around the map.
