V.4 = Major Civ Approach War increased from 6 to 8. Major Civ Approach Deceptive reduced from 8 to 6. Minor Civ Approach Conquest increased from 8 to 9. City Defense increased from 3 to 6. Growth increased from 5 to 6. Tile Improvement increased from 6 to 7. Use Nuke increased from 5 to 6.

AI updates. Ascension now grants 3% increased Gold from captured cities globally. Processing Vats build cost increased slightly. Processing Vats land unit production modifier decreased from 25% to 15%. Processing Vats gold maintenance reduced. Processing Vats now grants an extra 15 experience for land units built in city. Processing Vats now grants 2 gold for every nearby strategic resource.
