I got a question about the trait:
If i raze the city I have captured, does the rest of the empire still get the bonus for capturing the city?

if have both brave new world and gods n kings u may need both versions of civs. me already had brave new world civs version thou on last computer(win 7) they appeared. however on my new computer win 10. they do not. so i may haffta subscribe to both G&K and brave newworld versios of civs inorder to get em to appear. enable & reenable, subsribe and resubscribe offten don't fix. and win 10 n microsoft edge don't allow plugins for third party security reasons. glicth or bug is hard to say.

@Shadoon - If I recall there was an old glitch like that with the Quarians and them but it was fixed months ago. I'll look into it again to double check.

As for your comments on strength, the Cruiser has a 33% penalty to all land units and can't capture cities, meaning it can't do much without significant support. And I don't really see how it can be very weak and OP.

But I really like the cruiser. But maybe a bit OP. The ship promotion negates the penalty. So there is really nothing you can stop it with...

sometimes when you take a cruiser from land to see, it will transform to a ship and not transform back. so when you go back on land it's a floating ship. I wouldn't mind that much but it is also very weak...

@Itami - Strange, it should work perfectly if you have the Smokey Skies scenario, which is included with G&K I think. I checked mine and it's working fine.

i have a problem with the Cruiser that you can buld, it says that the skin i am guessing isnt working properly, the game can still fucntion, but the picture on the cruiser is complete red, and the "troops" of the cruiser is spearmen. any fix for this?

To explain the update, the Collectors were unfortunately underpowered when compared to the rest of the races. While they could get a great science and production bonus they effectively had to make a lot of enemies and sacrifice culture. This is all round a massive buff for the Collectors. They're now granted a gold bonus to make their trait more lucrative and the Processing Vat has been overhauled, also granting increased gold. This will help them sustain a large amount of troops (assuming you capture cities) and will make cities with a large amount of resources even more tactical. The Vat also grants an extra 15 exp, helping to represent them being the "black ops" of the Reaper forces and to again help with them on capturing cities.

UPDATE V.3 - AI updates. Ascension now grants 3% increased Gold from captured cities globally. Processing Vats build cost increased slightly. Processing Vats land unit production modifier decreased from 25% to 15%. Processing Vats gold maintenance reduced. Processing Vats now grants an extra 15 experience for land units built in city. Processing Vats now grants 2 gold for every nearby strategic resource.

I would suggest replacing the collector general with Harbinger as the leader of the Collector civ. In the end, he's the one speaking through the collector General, and taking control of ndividual collectors.

UPDATE V.2 - Collector Captains should now spawn consistently, this should fix the Great General spawning problem on all the other civs too. Minor AI adjustments for the Collector General.

I think the AI for the collectors needs some reworking. In all the games I've played, they end up in massive debt with two or three cities, and never conquer anyone. Anyone else experience this?

Just a suggestion, but you know how Attila's cities are named from the bottom of other Civ's city lists? What if the Collectors did that as well to represent colonies they captured, like Freedom's Progress or Feris Fields? Other than that I'm loving it so far.

I noticed this as well. With any ME civ. Great Generals will not spawn due to experience only some outside effect. It severely limits Collectors since one of their UU is a GG.

There's a problem with this mod: namely, if you have this civ in the game but you're playing as someone else, you can't get Great Generals. The XP bar increases past 200 in the Militar Overview, but Great Generals never spawn, except when forced by another effect like that Honor Policy and building Brandenburg Gate.

I do apologise if I missed the answer, mod loads fine, and plays fine, but when I save and reload, game always crashes with all the mass effect civ's I play

Well, games never quite reach the point where the GDR would be useful, and an unusable UU makes a particular Civ not worth playing, I'd much rather have a reasonnable UU from somewhat early-on rather than to have Commander Shepard for like 3 turns and only if I'm messing around.

When you get to the Systems Alliance, you should make Commander Shepard as their UU, replacing the Giant Death Robot at Nuclear Fusion, costing 5 Uranium (or some ridiculous amount of strategic resources) and give him 300 combat strength. You know you want to...
