Tweaked the Skirmisher tattoo so it was no longer on the elbow
Unsuccessfully attempted to add tags.

Lowered the Templar and Skirmisher tattoos, so as to make them visible under faction shoulderpads.

Fixed the issue with tattoos not appearing properly on female soldiers.
Tweaked the "M" on the Knuckles slightly
