Fully Revamped Scripted Scoring 1.2

• Corrected a scoring bug that affected some players
• Players are now correctly tied for King and Queen roles (Page 11 in rules)
• Special contraband cards now affect scores of other cards (Dragon Pepper and Arcane Scrolls +more)
• Listed more cards as Contraband when they previously were not (There is no Contraband King or Queen, just for bragging rights)
• Added more comments in coding
• Various other bug fixes
