Fixed the texture for the female vault security armor

Added male vault suit and female vault security armor. Also added the first ghoul! It's a single male ghoul in metal armor.

Added a male vault security armor model and female vault suit model. I will finish the male and female counterparts for both tomorrow, and I'll probably do armored vault suit tomorrow as well.

Added some formalwear and tuxedoes

Added salvaged T-51b power armor with the jaws skin

Gave the rest of the models the rocket launcher and minigun pose, and added Great Khans
