Touched up art, removed rogue coloring outside the outline of clothes. Added black outlines to hats as suggested by Arky. Doubled resolution of clothing. Fixed off center clothing sprites. Rebalanced clothing cost and stats. Fixed missing tech level for spacer uniform, thanks for pointing it out Vartarhoz.

Hats no longer cover legs, as the workaround is no longer needed since 1.3. Added some 1.3 tags.
Rebalanced stats of clothes, as a consequence the cosmetic version of the mod will be depreciated.
Switched to default Rimworld apparelbase defs.
Increased resolution of and touched up the female and hulk servant outfits and the bandana.
