The author of ModConfig helped me find the borked panel problem. So now it should be actually configurable.

Fixed the ModConfig support.

Made the values propagate immediately when you change the settings in ModConfig.

Fixed the issue where the first load could get the vanilla values.

Added ModConfig support.

Added safeguard against a very rare failure mode where the stockpiles revert to vanilla size. (Though it was already correctable by just saving and reloading.)
