Semi-works with MCR (to answer another question), Stack heigth and Wast Rock can be changed, 'bonus' to storage can not.

is this able large wastedump?

" Though the limit is arbitrary. I COULD let you stack them all the way to low orbit if there is demand for that kind of silliness. "
I wouldn't do that... Once the origin of an item (res cube) hits the height limit (65536) and you try to save the game it'll crash and delete the save file.

Hi there.. I've released a new 3hex extended depot mod; https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1793460653

and had a request to make my mod and yours compatible... I'm writing to ask if this is doable from your end.. or can I copy/incorporate your code into my own mod?

Hey yes it works with the new DLC but not with the new Seed storage. Update Please or Seeds?
kaatrav 21 May, 2019 @ 7:05am
Do it work with Green Planet?
And do it work with Mod Config Reborn (MCR)? (Mod Config dont work for me, and many useful mods use MCR...) If it possible - add support for MCR!

Helpful mod, thank you!

Awesome!! The only one I found that compliments the game and actuall works correctly. Thank you!!

Does this mod impact the waste rock depots?
Brainrot83 28 Nov, 2018 @ 5:25pm
Thanks! I prefer the look and function of the auto depots once I’m able to get them up and running but having to place several of the tiny basic depots early on is a bit annoying and looks awful to boot.
son-goku 19 Nov, 2018 @ 6:34am
Edit: It works but only on newly built depots. Existing ones get the new values but they won't actually be filled to more than the original 180
son-goku 18 Nov, 2018 @ 12:35pm
Mod doesn't work for me. Loaded it and ModConfig, and the drones refuse to continue loading when the depot has reached 180, even though it says 180/300

Does the mod require to start a new game?

THANKS to both authors!! Wayrocket and Jagdtiger Team work makes the dream work! :-) I Love all the work you both add to cities skylines mars edition... err umm i mean surviving mars :-)

Whelp, the author of ModConfig found the borked panel bug for me. Be sure to give the guy a thumbs up if you use ModConfig to configure this one.
jagdtiger  [author] 3 Oct, 2018 @ 12:41am
Hmm.. I'll be damned. If I load it without ModConfig Demo active, the panel IS broken. I had ModConfig Demo active the whole time, so I never saw any problem. I only tried without it now to try to reproduce the problem...

Well, for now the workaround seems to be to simply subscribe and activate ModConfig Demo too. But I'm looking into it.
jagdtiger  [author] 3 Oct, 2018 @ 12:36am
Well, I wouldn't exclude it being a problem of mine, since I did manage to screw up like 3 times on unrelated issues. The ModConfig settings panel is pretty much copy and paste from the ModConfig Demo, though.
DreeseDatalink 2 Oct, 2018 @ 8:03pm
and mod config was updated by the creator yesterday also
DreeseDatalink 2 Oct, 2018 @ 8:02pm
just loaded it again and same deal. no close button on mod config window in game and dont see an option to adjust this setting. it may still be a mod config thing so i posted on that mod thread also. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1uyfJafWFC-2YZPwJEgSmMBAmOvyK06zn
DreeseDatalink 2 Oct, 2018 @ 7:28pm
awesome. thought it was wonky yesterday. the close button on the mod config page in game was gone and i had to reload the save to get rid of it. chalked it up to modconfig being flakey because of your comment "Seems like the new game update messed up with ModConfig a bit, though" :steamhappy:
jagdtiger  [author] 1 Oct, 2018 @ 6:27am
Aaand fixed. I had managed to screw it up when adding ModConfig support.

Also now the existing depots should update immediately when you change the values in ModConfig.
DreeseDatalink 30 Sep, 2018 @ 5:30pm
i will try it out shortly :-)
DreeseDatalink 30 Sep, 2018 @ 5:29pm
@jagdtiger Thanks a bunch for adding the feature! i'm an idea guy. :-)
jagdtiger  [author] 30 Sep, 2018 @ 12:32am
And there we go, optional ModConfig support added. Now you can stack boxes 20 high if you want to build your own tower of Babel, and the waste rock dumps can go up to 700.

Mind you, both limits are purely arbitrary. As in, higher than that, I'd be afraid to walk anywhere near that tower of boxes. But I could let you stack all the way to orbit, if people actually want that kind of silliness.

Seems like the new game update messed up with ModConfig a bit, though. The recommended detection method always says ModConfig is unavailable, which caused me a bit of stomach ache. But with a bit of creative thinking, it seems to work now.
jagdtiger  [author] 29 Sep, 2018 @ 10:15pm
Well, currently the only variable is how many boxes high they stack, and it's hard-coded, but really the mod already does calculate based on that. it's just not currently configurable.

I have never used any kind of mod config, but the idea sounds cool actually. Thanks for the idea.

I guess I should look into it. Any kind of pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated, if anyone feels like lending a helping hand.
DreeseDatalink 29 Sep, 2018 @ 8:14pm
MUCH more save compatible also..
DreeseDatalink 29 Sep, 2018 @ 8:13pm
MUCH better way than replacing/upgrading existing depots. With the game mechanics do you think it is possible to make this a variable that can be configured before game load OR using the mod config page after load??
jagdtiger  [author] 29 Sep, 2018 @ 4:49am
Let me know if you think I should upgrade existing depots.
