- changes to workaround the Great Sermon city-swapping-tile bug:
-- Subsequent great prophets now give you the belief instantly as soon as you recruit them
-- Great Sermons no longer create a belief, they're just an improvement to add 1 faith to a tile (and building one will consume your prophet)
-- Since great prophets are mortal and will die as soon as an enemy moves onto their square (same as before)
-- Great prophets now only have 1 movement (to make them bad scouts)
