- Added the missing w_model muzzle flash for single pistol.

- Sped up the dual empty reload speed to correctly match default reload speed.
- Shader adjustments to enhance "steel-like" slides.
- Further tilt the Glock barrel in the view model.
- Changed the dual pistol firing sounds to match the single pistol firing sounds.
- Model smoothing fixes
