- Touhou Universalis Updated is now compatible with patch 1.29

Bug Fixes:
- Sanae's age is now 18 instead of 118
- Fixed some positioning bugs for navy units on gensokyan sea tiles
- Fixed a bug, which gave Scarlet-Chireiden permanent claims when you form Nether-Mayohiga
- Fixed a bug, which hid the decision "Call Yukari back!" when an incident disabled the decision
- FIxed a bug, which swapped the effects of the options of the event "Snow Spring Incident - Good Ending"

- Fixed a bug which allowed the player without Dharma to choose an already reformed Celestial Empire in the event "Celestial Empire of China" although they didn't reformed their government before

Bug Fixes:
- The claiming of the Mandate of Heaven is now more flexible for non-Dharma owners
-------Note: When a player took over the Mandate of Heaven (like Chireiden has it as a mission reward) the player got then stuck with a suboptimal government reform and lost a lot of their previous modifiers. Now, when the player gets the Mandate of Heaven through a mission reward they will get an event, which switches the Celestial Empire government to the "Gensokyan Celestial Empire", which has the same modifiers as the Gensokyan Monarchy has and +0.5 prestige. Due to this addition the modifers the player get from the buff "Emperor of China" has been rebalanced.
For players with Dharma this changes not a lot as their way of reforming of the government was flexible anyway.

However, for players without Dharma this change allows more freedom. As before the player could have been forced to take the Mandate first THEN reform the government - and if the player did something wrong they could possibly be stuck with just the Celestial Empire government.

I hope this change will fix this issue, but I will keep an eye on that.


- Fixed a bug which prevented the Gensokyan Emperor of China of getting
- Fixed a bug which allowed nations other than MHG or NMG to call Yukari back
- The diplomatic actions "Clear attacker target" and "Break vassal alliance" have now a localized tooltip

Content:
- Added 3 new subject types: Yukari's subjects, Satori's Vassal and Gensokyan Marches
Yukaris subjects are 3 sub types:
--------Daimyo of Yukari: This Daimyo type replaces for Mayohiga the old daimyos and is more autonomous. It can not only wage wars against other Yukari's daimyos but also against independent nations. Requires the government reform "My Own Shogunate of Gensokyo".
--------March of Yukari: Unlike the "Daimyo of Yukari" the marches have not so much autonomy and behave like normal marches. They have the same bonus of a march until they have more development than 50% of their overlord's development. These marches can only obtained via Mayohiga's mission tree and can be integrated. The government reform "My Own Shogunate of Gensokyo" is not required to maintain these subjects.
--------Puppet of Yukari: Just like normal daimyo of Yukari, but they also have to transfer trade power and the government reform "My Own Shogunate of Gensokyo" is not required to maintain these subjects. They are only obtainable through missions. They grant an extra merchant for their overlrod should they have 10 or more provinces
--------Satori's Vassal: This vassal type differs little from normal vassals. However, they have more boni and the overlord has more possible interactions with them. Only Chireiden and Scarlet-Chireiden can have these vassals.
--------Gensokyan March: Those are marches, which are rewards from missions. They can expand and ally on they own and can be annexed. They start with a base liberty desire of -300
--------Note: Due the way the game works and how the subjects are implemented it is possible, that in case your subject gets attacked that he becomes and remains war leader. It is a nuisance, but only through this way Yukari's daimyos can expand on their own

- 2 new governments: Ghost Realm and Ghost Monarchy
--------Ghost Realm and Ghost Monarchy are worse at conquest as they have +5 years of seperatism, but they excel at defending their realm. Mima's Empire starts with the Ghost Realm government
--------Ghost Monarchy has a special mechanic, which gives you a stacking buff depending on how many cultures you have in your realm. However, due the massive differences between the livings and the undead the Ghost Monarchy suffers from +10 seperatism. But this drawback is worth the massive benefit of the potential of this new mechanic Netherworld starts with the Ghost Monarch government

- A fully fleshed out mission tree for Mayohiga
- A fleshed out mission tree for Netherworld
- A new incident: The Snow Spring Incident
- A new formable tag: Nether-Mayohiga
--------Note: like Scarlet-Chireiden it isn't really necessary to form this tag. It was added mostly because a button to just blob (inherit Netherworld/Mayohiga) is less fun than an actual tag switch
- Added a new diplomatic action for Mayohiga: "Provocate War". With this action you can 2 nations approximately equal to your realm's power fight eachother (NOT usuable against other players!)

Balance Changes:
- The increased speed of embracing institution due development is now limited to gensokyan provinces
- Netherworld's idea "Blade Mastery" gives now 25% shock damage instead of 30%
- Netherworld's idea "Recycled Souls" gives now 33% manpower regeneration and 20% force limit instead of 40% mnapower recovery and 25% force limit
- Netherworld's idea "No Fear of Death" gives now 15% army morale and reduce morale damage by 33% instead of 20% morale and 25% reduced morale damage
- Netherworld's idea "Spirit of a Warrior" gives now 0.5 army tradition instead of 1
- Netherworld's ambition gives now -2 global unrest instead of 5% discipline
--------Note: Scarlet Realm and Netherworld have both strong military ideas, but Scarlet Realm was able to conquer better than Netherworld. With the newest update this will change and Netherworld will able to consume more land in one war than Scarlet Realm ever could. To compesate this Yuyuko's military has to be changed, so her realm doesn't outshine Scarlet Realm in every case.

- Mayohiga's idea "Shikigami Servitude" gives now 15% reduced development cost instead of 10 states
--------This change was made because Yukari isn't a conqueror but a puppet master. Ingame this should be represented by playing tall with little but highly developed land and vassals - and, unlike Satori who becomes Misstress over Hell and Heaven, Yukari should remain the hidden puppet master.

- Added a new tradeflow from the Coromandel trade node to the Hakurei Shrine trade node
--------Note: This change was made to make expanding into the indian area more attractive.

- MRY has now a passive bonus in Danmaku fights of +200 fighting skills (this equals of +2 tolerance to the true faith)
--------Note: the reason for that is that Moriya Shintoism doesn't have a natural way to get tolerance while Hakurei Shinto still has. With this change Sanae has the chance to fight the extra bosses too

Inicidents:
- Reworked the handling for the case if the investigator gets annexed. Now there's a dynamic way, which chooses the next investigator if the former can no longer solve this incident
--------Note: HKR has always the highest priority to become investigator, followed by FOM. After that MRY, SCR and NET have an equal chance to become investigator and then all the other nations can become investigator. The player will get an opportunity to take over the incident, if the first investigator gets annexed. You get only asked once per incident

Flavor:
- The Bunbunbaru Newspaper is here! With Aya's newspaper you can always read a short, immersive friendly version of the patch notes, which tells all the new features in the last patch
- Diplomatic Danmaku Fights are now added to the mod. They work like normal Danmaku Fights, but instead of religious or military stats your diplomatic stats matter

Bug Fixes:
- Replaced the trade good "Naval supplies" of Marisa's Place with "Incense"
- Replaced the trade good "Fur" of Mausoleum with "Incense"
--------Note: the original trade goods were intended to be Incenses, but the original map creator made a small spelling mistake resulting for the other trade goods for the provinces.

- The mission "Two Mansions, One Dynasty" for Scarlet Realm and Chireiden gives now the missing 25 prestige when fulfilled
- Fixed a bug, which prevented the event "Gensokyan Humans" (id = th_europe_events.1 and id = th_japan_events.2) of converting human provinces to the player's primary culture
- Fixed a bug, which prevented the player to choose the option to not pay when the event TOUHOUEV.1 fires and the player holds either shrine
- The events "Aki Sisters' Visit" and "Minoriko blesses our Crops" can now trigger. Before they fired only if they get triggered, but there were never a trigger to begin with...
- The event "Question of Religious Direction" (id = flavor_yof.1) gives now the modifier "Religious Zeal", if the player decides to convert
- Fixed a bug, which prevented the mission "Reclaim fairy homes" to give the modifier "Resettling Fairies" to the provinces of Eastern Mountains and Forest of Magic
- The Scarlet family has lost now their second 't'
- The event "Local shrine wants to help" removes now properly money if you choose to pay the shrine maiden
- Removed a bug which allowed Scarlet Realm to keep their cores on China or the Lowlands when they release Hong or Flandrish Realm
- Flandrish Realm will now accept wallonian culture too, if they get released via Scarlet Realm's mission
- The event: "Maps from Western Europe" will also now reveal some sea tiles of the Atlantic Ocean
- The government reform "Sword of Nature" from Sunflower Field reduces army tradition decay now only by 1% instead of 15%
- Fixed a bug which overwrote the titles and realm names if the player reforms its government without Dharma

Balance Changes:
- Ruler elected with the Fairy Republic will have now 2 random personalities additionally to their immortal personality

Bug Fixes:
- Removed the mamlukian mechanic for the Fairy Republic
- Added the localization of the election event choices
- The age of the fairy rulers is now ~60 instead of ~20

Balance Changes:
- Adjusted the events 700 and 701 (or better known as "Election!") for the fairy republic:
Fairy Republics have now a choice of 8 fairies who will be their ruler. All of them have 11 stats, but it costs 10 Republican Tradition to choose one directly
- Fariy Republic will also have the opportunity to choose their ruler via a lottery which GIVES 5 Republican Tradition and give your current fairy +1/+1/+1 if she gets elected again
- Fairy Republics give now 0.5 Republican Tradition / per year
- Fairy Republics are now allowed to have royal marriages
- For Dharma users: Fairy Republic is no longer compatible with the reforms "Political Dynasties" and "Sortition"
- For non-Dharma users: while you have the Fairy Republic or Fairy Monarchy you have the decision aviable to change to the monarchy or republic respectively - with a cooldown of 25 years and at a cost of 4 stability
- The province modifier "Scarlet Devil Mansion controlled" gives now +0.25 Republican Tradition
- The provinces "Youkai Mountain", "Abandoned Mansion" and "Kappa Valley" have now coal additionally to their normal trade goods
(I chose Youkai Mountain, because it seems fitting for a mountain to have a coal mine, Abandoned Mansion, because I want to make this province more valuable, and Kappa Valley, because it seems fitting too for the kappas to have coal to run their machines.)

- A mission tree for Cirnia

Balance Changes:
- Cirnia is now released in Eastern Misty Coast as Remilia's vassal
- Mayohiga's idea "Master Networking" gives now 50% vassal's forcelimit contribution instead of 3 diplomatic relation slots. The Improve Relation modifier is increased from 10% to 15%
(Note: The theme of Yukari is that she let other's fight, but unlike Satori she doesn't manipulate the minds of her vassals. Instead she uses their vassal contribution to maintain her foreign merc army - simulated by an increased force limit contribution. Also because of her special government reform Yukari doesn't need addintional diplo slot since her daimyos don't take any slots anyway.)
- The discipline for mercenaries from Mayohiga's Ambitions is decreased from 10% to 5%
(Although Mayohiga's fantasy is teleporting foreign armies into their realm and use them as their soldiers Mayohiga's mercs were a little bit overtuned. +150 discipline for mercs shouldn't be so easy to achieve...)
- CBs from mission rewards expire after 75 years instead of the 20 years (for PU CBs) and the 10 years (for vassalize CBs)
- Cirnia's traditions give now 10% morale and 10% reduced aggressive expansion (they are just fairies, nobody could possibly take them serious)
- Cirina's ambition gives now +4 tolerance to heathens
(Cirno doesn't care if the mighty 9ball is called "God" in other religions, which is why her realm is more tolerant to heatens. These heretics though try to teach Cirno about "multiple gods" and "shintoism"... way too complicated for her.)
- Cirina's idea "The Strongest Fairy" gives now 0.5 monthly Legitimacy instead of 1. It also gives monthly 0.25 Republican Tradition
- Cirnia's idea "Fairy Liberation" gives now +10% Infantry Combat Ability (unchanged) and 25% culture converting cost instead of 20% AE reduction
- Cirnia's idea "Clownpiece" is removed. Instead it has now "Ice Barrier", which reduces fire damage taken by 10%
(Note: it is CIRNIA and not CLOWPIECIA, which is why the Clowpiece idea got removed. Also fairies aren't known for disciple but for their morale and Ice Barrier is more fitting for Cirno - it is also a skill used by Cirno)
- Touhou Republic now decreased maximal Absolutism by 40
(A common theme of republics are, that they don't have any absolute monarch ruling them - and the Touhou Republic should be no exception.)
- The monarchy government reform "Human Decree" increases now the Tolerance to Heathens from 1.5 to 2
- Added new decisions for nations with the Touhou religions which increases their converting strength or their tolerance to heretics/heathens
- Added new units for the Gensokyan Tech Group

Misc:
- Added a decision to show the player how the fighting strength of your for the incidents is calculated and how much the ruler currently has
- Fixed many grammatical and spelling errors (thanks xkuripuri :D)

Flavor:
- Renamed the explorer, which Scarlet Realm gains from the missions, from Cirno to Koakuma
- Changed the name of the mamlukian ability "Sell off *Culture* Slaves" to "Rent *Culture* Workers" for the english and german localization
(This is more fitting for the fairy government mechanic and doesn't destroy the immersion for the Mamluks.
WARNING: this changes the EU4_l_english / _german file and may or may not cause some conflicts with the localisations of other mods. Let me know if you encounter a bug because of this!)

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug which let the normal theocracy heir event for non-Dharma player with the reformed theocracy government trigger
- Fixed a bug which let the modifier "Defender of Gensokyo" expire long before the Shrine Theocracy is called into the war
- Fixed a bug which removed the loyalty modifier for Flandrish Realm / Hong when the player doesn't have Rights of Man active and they get a younger version of their ruler
- The decision "TH_become_touhou_monarchy" is now localized

Flavor:
- Rewrote the Mission Description of "Makai, the Magic Realm" to make it more in line with the story of Alice and the Makai realm

Balance changes:
- Chireiden (province) and Fantastic Blowhole (province) follow now the Moriya Shintoism
Note: In my test runs I noticed that Chireiden does a little to well and overpowers all their neighbours. With this change it will have a little bit harder time to get their full strength from their high development + I got informed, that I forgot some major plot reasons for more Moriya Influence:

"[... In] Subterranean Animism, it was Kanako who gave the power to Utsuho Reiuji, and Koishi also went to Moriya Shrine to seek that power. There is no evidence showing that the ruler Satori was converted or had a good relationship with Moriya, though.." (thanks yanqp :D)
Satori will however get an event, which allows her for an easier converting of the provinces, or to convert her realm to the Moriya Shintoism.

- Youkai Forest (realm), Youkai Forest (province) and Foot of the Mountain (province) follow Hakurei Shintoism
Note: Hina Kagiyama herself has a more close relation to the Aki Sisters than to Suwako or Kanako, which makes sense to convert them back the Hakurei Shintoim. Also it allows them to find friends against Forest of Magic and Chireiden easier. Untrodden Valley keeps the Moriya Shintoism to symbolize the Influence of the Moriya faith.
Just like Chireiden Hina will also get an event which allows her for an easier converting.

- Removed the government reform / decision for the Touhou Republic to become a Shrine Theocracy. For non Dharma player the decision will instead make you a Touhou Monarchy.
Note: The idea to become a Shrine Theocracy was a crazy idea of me when I didn't know in which direction the mod should go. Now with all these mission trees and events and the Incidents it doesn't feel like a good idea to allow every nation to become a Shrine Theocracy, which has so many events and incidents attached to them.

- Added some harmonization events for Touhou Buddhism
Note: They are currently just placeholder and quick copies of the confucian events, but I wanted to speed the harmonization of religions a little bit up.

- Reduced the MTTH time for "Remilia demands land back" event from Scarlet Mist Incident to 30 months
(Remilia wouldn't wait so long to demand her land back...)

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed some grammar and spelling mistakes:
Th Taosim is now Th Taoism (Miko doesn't follow any sims religion...)
"burrow", "burrowing" and other borrowed burrows are now "borrow" or "borrwoing" (Marisa is a thief, not a rabbit. While the Inabas burrows, Marisa borrows.)
"perhabs" should actually be "perhaps" like "Perhaps I sould take some english lessons."
- Fixed a bug which removed the special government for non-Dharma player after they enacted it in a safe game and loaded it afterwards
