First Contact bonus reduced from 15% - 10%. Naval Melee units no longer benefit from the trait. PTC extra experience reduced from 25 to 20. PTC rough terrain bonus reduced from 10% - 5%. N7 now suffer a penalty when attacking cities. Adjusted coding to reduce text conflicts with mods not related to this collection.
