Adjusted <ForceMagnitude> value to match (and scale) the thrust output for vanilla thrusters (some of them got a +20% buff in an update some time ago that I totally missed).
Adjusted <MaxPowerConsumption> value to match (and scale) "new" vanilla values (some Atmospheric Thrusters just got a bit cheaper to run ;) ).
For some reason, Hydrogen Thruster <Efficnency> value didn't work properly until now - I changed nothing, must be something Keen has changed?

Fixed wrong component cost for Large Ion Thruster variants (for good this time!).

Increased all Thruster outputs by 20% to match the recent SE update.

Changed Ion Thruster component cost so higher tier thruster blocks have higher mass than the previous tier (good catch Elysium!)

Adjusted Hydrogen Thruster efficiency rating to make higher tiers slightly better (experimental, subject to change).

Fixed Sloped Hydrogen Thrusters having Vanilla <ForceMagnitude> (Thrust value). Again.
Hopefully for good this time.

Fixed Sloped Hydrogen Thrusters not scaling H2 consumption.

Changed Small Grid scaling from 2^Tier to sqrt(2)^Tier.
Adjusted component cost accordingly.

Should've done that one right from the start, since Small Grid thrusters are pretty good anyway.
