what update adds well besides the compatibility 2.2.3 it all so adds

+more buildings
+a trait
+ascended perk
+a locking mechanism using the trait and the ascended perk get the tech
+ also added Colossus frame

what this update add a lot of new Ship frames but with out nsc and Civilian ship designer you will not get them
all so add a new Building Building for regular and hide mine empires

Component part power uses Balance
Weapons range increase To be more artillery base
Added 3 new cpu for Ship behavior
Added 3 new Reactors so all ship can use the parts
all so rermove the events

add a long-range artillery Cannon
please note this last feature i will add for now the only other thing will be add may be a
rebalance the megastructures see how the resource they give was base off the old
construction cost but that will not be to day
