add more megastructure And change the name of existing ones all attainable after unlocking viodborn

add megastructure called Reaper rift generator
Add Ascension perk to modifiers and rework modifiers
add/balance resources cost
add made 4 Ascension perk easyer to get Ascension perk are voidburn can get on start now, and mega engineering Master Builde Galatic Wonder Mega Engineering was eayer get then vanilla but they don't come at start
