Lowered chance of getting treaties and raised army costs and upkeep.

Ai focus on recruitment of armies so faction will be more of a threat at the mid game. Upkeep raised. Building costs raised.

Ai aggression raised, Ai will invade more and defend their regions better, allies help protect better, battles are longer and more difficult; armor stats raised, weapon stats lowered, economy is more difficult; recruitment, upkeep and building costs raised, better naval invasions, more armies, campaigns will be more difficult

Ai will defend its holdings better, changed diplomatic settings for faction types to be more varied, some factions are more aggressive, ai will attack with more armies

Raised cash bonus for all major and minor factions by 20%, lowered upkeep cost for Ai factions 15%, Raised gdp trade route values 50%-trade more important now. Raised ai battle buffs by 10% on all difficulty levels, raised Ai recruitment priority 20%, raised shield armor values by 10%, raised matched combat 20%.

Added new recruitment and upkeep player penalties for WOS and ROTR and ED campaigns, building costs raised. Better ranges for Ai missile troops by 5%. Boiling oil for all Ai walled cities
