1.05 Compatibility Update

Vaulting and Climbing were added in this Stable Update.
It was also incorporated into Stamina Drain's and Thresholds.
There were a few other method additions and 1 removal to cap it off.
The variables were added to this round for a quick update.

CfgStamina.txt settings will be added for the new drains soon.

A much bigger update in regards to development
streamlined the settings system to make all settings configs work together through 1 system and distribute them accordingly to the proper class

Testing new settings file for player actions timers
Started some work on base raid balance based on destroy piece(set time) and tool used(multiplier)
Tested this with measuring your temperature for first success into the action timer
Quick addition of Destroy base piece default timer settings
More settings on the way for base pieces timers and tool multipliers mentioned above

Clean up Loading screen since PS4 dayz sa added new methods.
Loading screen is now game intro, new loading screens added for Timer and In-Queue type joins
All player constants settings in game are now configurable in CCCPServer file CfgPlyrConstants.txt
These settings will only be applied if different from their default settings
