- Gathering Storm update!
- Ard al-Muqaddasa now only provides Great Prophet points when the holy site is placed adjacent to the city center.
- Fedayeen now gets extra strength when the empire is fully loyal rather than producing two each time. It can also now be purchased with Faith.
- Beit provides +1 Faith and Gold on plantations instead of +1 Culture.
- Arafat has a completely new UA for Gathering Storm.

Arafat's UA now triggers on both Wars of Liberation and Reconquest Wars, but its duration is reduced from 15 turns to 10.
