No longer returns complaints about version 2.2.3.
Fixed some stupid issue I forgot to correct in the localization file from when I was trying out stuff pre-release.

Supported version 2.2.2.
Changelog:
The pop jobs were given an upkeep and output. The pops will consume some extra food to produce a small amount of science. Turns out watching science isn't very productive without some popcorn.
