Fixed elevator bug issue on map 1 and 5.
Added melee to 1st safe room map 1.
Also fixed (possible) issue with people not being able to start out on map one together?
Added melee to 1st safe area on map 5.
also added a magnum to the football field.

Fixed transparent decals.
Removed some offending brushes that were causing some issues with visibility.

1. Fixed elevator bug in maps 1 and 5.
