Reduced the effect of loadout weight on your stamina consumption. When used with UMO, this greatly enhances the range of loadout weights you can use.

Fine tuning to the stamina simulation. You now get about 25% more stamina, minimum speed is scaled better relative to loadout weight, and your character is generally slightly faster.
