fixed an issue with threads not being released properly with the scheduler
changed always deploy on grid to be off with the default config
fixed another bug with wait when lag compensation is on (mushroom planter bug)

random info about threads, don't use the startthread in entityscript (eg. ThePlayer:StartThread)
use the one in scheduler and give it an id! and cancel with KillThreadsWithID

readded activate action for dirtpiles only
fixed a bug with skipping actions on higher ping servers
playing on a local hosted caveless will always use turbo mode wait time for tools, the toggle is still valid for other repeatable actions though

crafting key now uses the item name instead of the prefab name
added a config option for adjusting the crafting delay
crafting_delay now only affects turbo mode
turbo mode off waits for the player to complete the crafting animation (like the original DST port)
changed turbo mode to be true for the default config
