Update: 20 Nov, 2020 @ 8:50pm

Version 4.2:

-Added recolor for Babylon.
-Adjusted modded color scheme for the Maya.
-Added new unit colors for all civilizations based on modified color schemes. Because unit colors are handled differently than UI colors, original unit colors will still appear, but they will be less frequent.

Update: 25 Sep, 2020 @ 5:21pm

Version 4.1:

-Added recolors for Byzantium and Gaul (only Byzantium is slightly modified).

Update: 25 Jul, 2020 @ 2:05am

Version 4.0:

-Fixed incorrect color schemes that appeared for some Civilizations in the main menu before loading a game.
-Replaced original SQL files with new SQL with separate files for each Leader. This change will make it easier to manually enable or disable individual recolors.
-Added recolors for the Maya, Gran Columbia, and Ethiopia.
-Set alternate personas for Teddy Roosevelt and Catherine de Medici to use their standard color schemes.
-Added a Units.artdef file that tweaks unit model colors for most Civilizations in order to more closely match the color schemes used for menus and other UI elements.
-Major and minor changes to color schemes for several Civilizations, including Greece (Athens), the Ottomans, Sweden, and the Aztecs.

Update: 14 Jun, 2019 @ 11:31pm

Version 3.0:

-Removed icons previously used in game menus, prior to Gathering Storm, as these are no longer used anywhere in game. Greatly reduces overall size of the mod.
-Corrected an error where Poland was indicated as a "Minor" color scheme instead of "Unique", although this did not seem to affect gameplay.
-Correctly re-implemented Free Cities color scheme.
-Minor tweaks to modified color schemes for Greece, Spain, Scythia, Canada, and Aztecs.

Update: 12 Mar, 2019 @ 5:55pm

Version 2.3:

-Restored fallback generic color schemes, which had been mistakenly removed in Version 2.2, causing Civilizations with color conflicts to appear with white primary and secondary colors with white text.

Update: 10 Mar, 2019 @ 10:45am

Version 2.2:

-Added definitions for original colors of base game Civilizations, instead of relying on those definitions as defined by Firaxis in core game files.

Update: 17 Feb, 2019 @ 6:11pm

Version 2.1:

-Changed Steam Workshop tag from "Gameplay" to "UI".
-Correctly re-implemented Barbarian color scheme.

Update: 17 Feb, 2019 @ 1:39am

Version 2:

Updated with compatibility with Civilization 6 Gathering Storm update (1.0.0.290). Also added recolors for the following Civilizations:

-Sweden (GS)
-Hungary (GS)
-Ottomans (GS)
-Eleanor's France/England (GS)
-Korea (R&F)
-Militaristic City-States
-Many other Civilizations whose colors were changed by the update coinciding with the launch of Gathering Storm.

This mod also now mostly disables the jersey system. All Civilizations, even those with no recolor, will use only their main color scheme in game. This change may not be suitable for all players, as it reduces colorblind accessibility. The jersey system still functions as of this update, and may change Civilizations to a generic color scheme if a color conflict is detected.

While this mod still provides standardized sizes for Civilization menu icons, these icons are currently hidden behind new, automatically generated color icons for Civilizations.

Update: 2 Jan, 2019 @ 10:29pm

Version 1.1

Added thumbnail for the Steam Workshop.

Update: 1 Jan, 2019 @ 8:40pm

Version 1:

This is the original published version of Calypso's Recolored Civilizations. As of publication, this mod adjusts color schemes for the following Civilizations:

-Brazil
-China
-Scythia
-Australia (DLC)
-Macedonia (DLC)
-Persia (DLC)
-Poland (DLC)
-Georgia (R&F)
-Netherlands (R&F)
-Barbarians
-Free Cities (R&F)

This mod additionaly replaces colored civilization icons for all civilizations added after the Poland DLC with new icons using dimensions matching those of civilizations added up to that point. Newly recolored icons are added for Australia and the Netherlands, as these Civilizations were assigned new color schemes by this mod.
