Now compatible with Gathering Storm. Note that changes to Gathering Storm civilisations have not been made to preserve compatibility for users without GS until I have the time to make a larger update.

Gamebreaking Australia issue fixed.

Temporarily have reverted Australia's biases to vanilla while I investigate an unforseen and major issue.

Gave Arabia a Desert Hills bias of 4, and gave Australia a Coast bias of 1.

Gave every civilisation their own start biases and adjusted the strength of existing biases.
