All the restarting to get a decent setup gets really tiresome!
Despite what it says, some start biases are still not that strong. I've edited the mod to give stronger tundra and desert bias to civs that should have it, and it works most of the time. Start bias in Civ VI isn't very consistent, especially on a large map where many civs compete for certain terrains.

But start biases seem inconsistent in general.
