Balance tweaks, but most notably:

30mm artillery projectiles can now be shot down.

Rocket archer projectiles are now targeted by ai. however they turn into a normal arrow when shot.

Rocket archers have 2x as much health

Molotov slingshots fire radius has been lowered.

Fog machines no longer insta kill balloons from the Flying Forts Mod.
